TERMS AND CONDITIONS — EMILY & GRACE DUBLIN

1. SCOPE AND CONTRACTING PARTY
These Terms apply to purchases through https://emilygrace-dublin.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, an authorised parent or guardian must place or approve the order where required.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
The product description, photographs, measurements, materials, care information and notices displayed on the product page at the time of order form part of the purchase information. Screen settings may cause minor colour differences. Manufacturing, origin, material, medical, orthopaedic, quality, durability and performance claims are made only where supported by reliable product information.

4. ORDER AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Product listings are invitations to place an order. By selecting the final payment button, you make an offer to buy the selected products and acknowledge the obligation to pay. Before submitting, you can review and correct the order.

An automatic confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily accept the order. The contract is formed when we expressly accept it or dispatch the goods. We may decline an order before acceptance because of unavailability, an obvious price or description error, failed payment, suspected fraud or a shipping restriction. Any amount already collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

5. PRICES, CURRENCY, VAT AND IMPORT CHARGES
Prices for Ireland are displayed in euro (EUR); prices for the United Kingdom are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The checkout shows the final total before the order is placed, including taxes required to be included by applicable law.

Standard shipping is free. Emily & Grace Dublin pays applicable customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees and import-clearance charges. Customers should not face an undisclosed import charge on delivery.

6. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed through Shopify Payments and the providers shown there. We do not store complete payment-card numbers or security codes. You authorise the applicable charge by submitting the order. Additional authentication may be required.

7. DELIVERY
We deliver only to Ireland and the United Kingdom. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and transit 5–7 business days, giving an estimated total of 6–9 business days. Goods are dispatched from Ningbo, China. Final delivery is normally made by An Post in Ireland and Royal Mail in the United Kingdom. See the Shipping Policy.

8. TITLE AND RISK
Title remains with us until full payment to the extent permitted by law. Risk passes no earlier than delivery to you or a person identified by you to receive the goods, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for online purchases. We extend the return opportunity voluntarily to 30 days after delivery. The customer pays direct return postage to China for a change of mind, size or colour; we pay reasonable return costs for incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. 10. FAULTY OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Irish or United Kingdom consumer law. Goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality as required by the applicable law and be fit for any purpose made known and accepted. Contact support@emilygrace-dublin.com if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. We will provide the remedy required by the law applicable to you.

11. DISCOUNTS, AVAILABILITY AND PROMOTIONS
Any former price, percentage discount, limited-time statement, stock message or closing-sale claim must be accurate, current and supported by records. A promotion applies only during its stated period and subject to its published conditions. We may withdraw a promotion prospectively, but this does not affect an accepted order.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website text, graphics, photographs, branding and design may be protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a harmful manner, commit fraud or infringe another person's rights.

14. LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit liability where prohibited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory product liability. Any other limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted under the law applicable to the consumer.

15. PRIVACY
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and cookie consent interface.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS
To the extent permitted, these Terms are governed by Wyoming law. This choice does not deprive consumers in Ireland or the United Kingdom of mandatory protections or courts available under the law that would otherwise apply in their country of residence.

17. CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY
The Terms in force when an order is placed apply to that order. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues, and mandatory law applies in place of the affected provision.
