RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY — EMILY & GRACE DUBLIN

OVERVIEW
Consumers in Ireland and the United Kingdom generally have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. In addition, we extend the return opportunity voluntarily to a total of 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
This policy does not limit statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming.
STATUTORY 14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT
You have 14 days from the day you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods to tell us that you are cancelling the contract. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period starts when the last item is received.
To cancel, send a clear statement to support@emilygrace-dublin.com. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to. Your notice must be sent before the 14-day cancellation period expires.
After telling us that you are cancelling, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date of your cancellation notice.
VOLUNTARY RETURN FROM DAY 15 TO DAY 30
For a voluntary return requested after the statutory period but within 30 days of delivery, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with labels, accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required.
STARTING A RETURN
Before sending anything, email support@emilygrace-dublin.com with:
- your order number;
- your name and order email address;
- the items you wish to return;
- the reason, if you choose to provide it; and
- clear photographs or video if an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty.
We will provide return instructions. Returns must be sent to:

Do not send returns to the registered Wyoming address. Use a tracked service, keep the receipt and declare the parcel accurately as returned merchandise. We do not accept cash-on-delivery or postage-due returns.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Change of mind, size or colour: you pay the direct cost of returning the goods to China, provided the item matches the order and is not faulty. International return postage can be expensive. This cost responsibility also applies to a statutory cancellation where the goods are not faulty because it is disclosed before purchase.
Incorrect, damaged or faulty item: Emily & Grace Dublin pays the reasonable return cost. Contact us before posting so that we can approve a method, provide a label where available or confirm reimbursement of reasonable costs.
STATUTORY CANCELLATION REFUNDS
Following a valid statutory cancellation, we refund all payments received for the cancelled goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund is made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge a refund or restocking fee. We may make a deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
VOLUNTARY RETURN REFUNDS
For an eligible voluntary return requested after day 14, an approved refund is normally issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the goods are received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
Inspect the order promptly. If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Consumers in Ireland and the United Kingdom may have a short-term statutory right to reject non-conforming goods within 30 days and additional rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We will provide the remedy required by the law applicable to you.
EXCLUSIONS FROM CANCELLATION
Subject to applicable law, the cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; or goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Sale items retain all statutory rights. A discounted price does not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
EXCHANGES
Direct exchanges cannot be guaranteed. Usually, the quickest option is to complete an approved return and place a new order. Statutory remedies for non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
Contact us immediately. We can cancel an order only if it has not been processed or dispatched. The statutory cancellation right remains unaffected.
